Last week, Robinson Ventures Founder and President, Cian Robinson, had the honor of lending his expertise during the Startup Prize: Focus on Innovation event in Shreveport, Louisiana.

The event included many roundtable discussions, one of which was led by Cian, titled “Funding the Future: Unlocking Capital for Early Stage Startups.” During this session, he delved into the challenges startups face in securing funding, offering insight to innovative approaches in bridging the gap between investors, accelerators, and entrepreneurs.

 

“It was an honor and privilege to join Startup Prize, Focus on Innovation this past week to discuss venture funding as part of the innovation economic development ecosystem,” Cian shared. He continued, “Ensuring that the capital stack is aligned, available, inclusive of the creation of gap funds, is essential to the creation of companies and commercialization of college and university intellectual property.”
